After the first live performance of their duet, "It All Belongs to Me," was canceled on the eve of the Grammys due to their idol and mentor Whitney Houston's death, Brandy and Monica had the opportunity to perform the song live on national television on Jay Leno's late night show.
The singers were both in prime form vocally. Brandy surprised with the seemingly bottomless depths of her tone and Monica went in the opposite end of the scale, hitting skyscraper high notes in her runs.
The late Whitney Houston wasn't far from the two '90s R&B stars minds though. Monica remember Houston with a t-shirt bearing the singer's image and she also shouted out the singer at the end of their performance.
